Agreement

  • For every listlow.com seller referral that closes, I agree to pay listlow.com a 20% referral fee of the listing side.
  • For a buyer referral that closes, I agree to pay listlow.com a referral fee of 25% for homes over $100,000 and 20% for homes under $100,000. Further, I agree to provide listlow.com with a progress report via fax, phone or E-mail prior to the 7th day of each month.
