How it works:

Simply fill out the membership form (it takes less than 2 minutes) Register up to 4 zip codes from where you are willing to take referrals. When a referral is available, you will be contacted by phone call or email from a listlow.com representative. At that time, you may accept or decline the referral.  If you accept, the seller/buyer will be expecting your call within 24 hours.

listlow.com will only refer the lead to one agent. 
Referral fee is only 20% for home sellers ;25% for home buyers
(20% for homes under $100,000)
